Services Performed
- Inspect battery terminals and cables. Load test battery and record readings. Inspect alternator belt and tension. Perform alternator output test and record readings. Perform starter draw test and record results. WE FOUND THE ALTERNATOR INTERNAL REGULATOR SHORTED OUT.
- ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – In-Line4 – [Includes: Test.]
- Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums (where applicable) to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks.
- Replace front brake pads and machine rotors.
- Replace rear brake pads and machine rotors.
- Add automatic quick clean to transmission and run through all gears. Set up fluid exchange machine to transmission lines. Exchange out all old fluid with new fluid. Add automatic transmission conditioner to system and check fluid level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
- Block checked the engine for combustion leaks into the cooling system and that tested fine at this time. We pressure checked the cooling system and found the lower radiator hose leaking at the t-fitting.
- RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – Lower
- AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace
- Remove and replace engine oil and filter, check and top off all fluid levels, lubricate chassis where applicable, service tire pressures. Includes a FREE 25 point vehicle inspection. Reset oil change reminder light where applicable.
